We're building in Farmington (20 minutes north of the city). We haven't chosen the home color yet and our floor plan (garages etc.) will be flipped.
It has an amazing great room, which this photo doesn't really show... We love the open feel and the overlook from upstairs. Behind this stair case is a formal dining rom and to the left is a formal living /sitting room. To the left of the family room is a powder room and a small office.
This is a view into the amazing kitchen... Our kitchen may not be THAT upgraded... But it WILL be that spacious! 
This is an interesting Picture... Jamie took it. I think he was trying to show off the double door entry to the enormous master bedroom. It is amazing! To the left of the master is a bedroom and two bedrooms, the laundry and another bathroom are on this end of the upstairs.It really is a miracle that we got the deal. Our realtor was saying, "You'll have to make concessions. Either lower your expectations or raise your budget". . .But miracles do happen in the end we got the 9' basement ceilings and the fireplace and the marble corner soaker tub.... and ALL four of the bedrooms to have vaulted ceilings & extra windows in the living room (Sarah's favorite features). More to come for sure, but for now its just nice to feel that we have some direction.
